co-op insurance?

Does anyone have a co-op insurance agent that they liked working with?

After an unsuccessful attempt to open the policy by an Allstate sales associate (what is a co-op? grrrrr!), I worked with an Allstate supervisor for almost TWO HOURS to open the policy that I am required to have. Less than two weeks later, I received a notice that my policy was CANCELLED because they sold me something that I am not allowed to have for a Manhattan dwelling Chat Icon

I won't know for 48 hours whether they reinstate my policy. I am tempted to just cancel. Please let me know if you have a sales associate at any company that you thought was competent.

TIA!!

Re: co-op insurance?

We have a policy with Traveler's Insurance and we've had no problems. DH set it up so I have no clue who the contact is though.

We tried several co.s but b/c we are right by the water, pretty much State Farm was the only one that came through!
