i need a good family court attorney in north carolina.. my brother in law lives in greensboro.. long story short he and his wife have been seperated for about 2-3 years now .. he was paying her rent, car note, kids day care, doctors but realized that he was paying for her life style so cut her off.. and is just paying kids doctors, day care.. no more rent, car note etc.. well she is not happy about that at all ... long story short ... she is being evicted from her place on sunday ... he told her that he would take the kids but not her .. and now she is even more mad.. she has some family here in new york all of who do not approve of her cheating on him and all that she is doing now.. well my brother in law got a phone call at 6 this morning from her aunt saying that his x is going to court tuesday and that he better be there .. our situation is that she is supposedly coming to new york friday to visit but no one believes her we all think she is coming to leave the kids here.. but our biggeset problem is that she has mentioned to her aunt 3x now (since my bro in law has cut off her funds) that she wants to put the kids in the car with her and drive into a river.. my bro in law went to court but they would not help him they told him he needs an attorney.. we need to find him a good attorney...we dont want a cheap one that wont get the work done but we dont want an over priced one that still wont get the work done.. does anyone know anyone who might now an attorney in nc.. please time is of the essance (sp??)
