Re: windshield spinoff

My insurance has glass coverage so it didn't cost us a thing. Over the past 10 years I've had to replace the windshield in both of my cars.

The insurance company sent a glass company to my office, I met them in the parking lot with the key and they replaced it in about 30 minutes. I was amazed how fast it was.

I have it too. IMO, if you drive on the LIE, you MUST have glass coverage! I can't tell you how many times trucks have caused rocks to fly into my and DH's windshield Chat Icon thank goodness for glass coverage! and our rates have never gone up after putting a claim in. Satellite Glass is the BEST!

Re: windshield spinoff

Check your insurance company - if you have a leased or financed car, glass coverage is included.

Otherwise, you can get a windshield replaced for $200-$250.

How true! I had 2 starburst from rocks already. Then a rock hit below the wiper blades and it traveled.

It def depends on what kind of car you have anywhere from $150-$800.

We have glass coverage but it is only for one windshield a yr.
