it should stay good for a while....its a cured meat. Wrap it in wax paper then put it in a ziploc bag

DH thinks about five days.
If you are questioning it- you are probably better off not eating it.
He said that usually the quality kind is separated by a wax paper in between each slice b/c it tears easily... that keeps it fresh a little longer.
HTH-- I can't help much b/c I tried to order it once and asked for the "ravioli with the fancy bacon on it" 
DH almost fainted! But that shows how much I know!
