if it were a family member or close friend, YES!
casual acquaintance or complete stranger, NO. but i'd definitely offer them a breath mint and move a few feet away from them.

only dh or someone I am really close w/. I have told someone in an anonymous letter. It was a HS classmate. His B.O was soooo bad it contaminated any room we were in.
