who else hates interviewing?

The entire process stinks. it feel like it consumes me. It just casues me to overanalyze every word, action, move that i make.

should i call to follow up? no it's too soon, it's to pushy. but if i don't, then maybe they will think i don't want the job. Why did i say that? i should have said this instead. Oh, i forgot to tell them this. Did i talk to much, wait maybe I didn't say enough.

I JUST finished up with this so I know how you feel.

I once read a story about how employers are listening for you to say the wrong things, not the right ones necessarily so do your best (i know its hard!) to sit back, be yourself and remember that they are not any better than you....they're just people.

I'd send a thank you email (if you haven't already) and then follow up a week later. personally, i prefer email follow ups, but everyone is different.

If it helps, my new employer complimented me on the email follow ups. she said "it was great that your name kept popping up in front of me."

Hang in there. It'll be worth it in the end.
