need suggestions
what haircut do you think looks best.

Your hair is a little long now. I would take it to the shoulders and see how you like it. Do you prefer to wear it back for the summer or working out...just something to consider before you take a lot off.

i wear it back just to get it off my neck. So cutting it still would be off my neck in the summer.......I also havent had a short haircut in years . i been dyeing for something new. I dont have much confidence with short hair on myself

If that's the case, then def. don't go with the posh cut... there is ZERO length in the back. Go to your shoulders and take it from there.... I think all the cuts posted are super cute!
Are you going to dye it too?
