Ugh I over did it!!!
I decided to get my fat azz back into shape before I need to wear summer clothes cause my clothes from last summer will NOT fit me right now.
Anyway I have been taking fred for walks and yesterday I went running for like 15 mintues (and walked a while longer)
Ok.. I was sore today. Fine. I decded to go to the ecology park and walk/run FOUR miles... yea I cant move now..
