I really do think her mind is gone, rehab or no rehab, she needs more help.
Everytime I see her in these hat & wig pics, I get a vision that the hair is actually attached to the hats. Why else would she wear the hats so much? She has tons of $$$$, she can get a gorgeous wig made for her that would look stunning if she doesnt want to show her scalp stubble.

I think the wig is a great color for her, I do not like the lipstick but the shirt is pretty cute. I do not like the fur shrug though
