Id like to introduce myself too......
ME and DH tried for one month with me guessing on my ovulation dates since I have an irregular cycle and WE GOT PREGNANT!!!! I cant even believe it. I did not expect it to happen this fast. I didnt even have a chance to post on the TTC board!! I just got a positive EPT test, no doctor appt yet. DO I need to go sooner than Thursday to the doctor? I want to, but dont know if I can get off of work to go. Im so excited and so nervous. We just got married 5 months ago!!

Typically, a doctor won't see you until week 6-9. (Right now, you should be about 4 weeks pregnant. They count from the beginning of your last period. Yep, once you conceive you are technically 2 weeks pregnant. Don't ask why.) The wait sucks, but we all have done it. So we're here for you until then.

congrats! i called my doc right away and told them that i got a BFP on ept they scheduled me to come in the same afternoon to get a sample and it showed positive. are you on prenatals yet? if not, i'd try to get an appt sooner than later. my doc had me on the pills 3 mos before my wedding to get me ready for our honeymoon baby..
congrats again!

Thanks!!! Im going to call the doctor tomorrow and go for an appt as soon as he'll take me...Im just too excited to wait. No pre-natals yet, although I have been taking a multivitamin.

I went to the dr right away, mainlly because I was taking antidepressants and wanted to make sure before I stopped taking them

Congrats! You should make an appointment if your doctor will see you. Mine saw me at 4 weeks and he just confirmed the pregnancy and did the regular check-up and pap. I did not see him again until after my sono at week 9.
