carpet cleaner

We want to get the rugs cleaned in the new place before we move furniture in....can anyone recommend a good cheap place? I see ads for Sears for $199 and I thought that was reasonable, but really have no idea. It's 2 bedrooms, hallways, living room and dining room probably about 1000 sq ft.

I don't know of a cheap place but I used Carine Chem Dry. They are a little better for your carpet because they don't get as wet as other cleaners do which can ruin the pad. I highly recommend them.
