Is anyone going to use a Co-sleeper
I am contemplating getting a cosleeper with this baby. Is anyone else thinking about it or heard any pros or cons?COSLEEPER

Re: Is anyone going to use a Co-sleeper
I know a few people that have used it and they all loved it. We were afraid about the cats trying to get in it so we are just setting up the pack-n-play in our bedroom for him.

Re: Is anyone going to use a Co-sleeper
We were going to but then decided upon the pack n play with the bassinet..simply b/c after the baby is about 4 months you cant use it any more and we arent having any more kids. I really liked the idea of it though

Re: Is anyone going to use a Co-sleeper
We registered for the co-sleeper. I just have too many fears of having the baby sleep inbetween us. Even though I'm sure it's going to happen... I like the idea of the co-sleeper

Re: Is anyone going to use a Co-sleeper
my friend lent me hers and we are planning on using it. it's not a mini though. my friend thought it was the greatest, in terms of breastfeeding and not having to get up out of the bed as often during the night.

Re: Is anyone going to use a Co-sleeper
We plan to use it. From what many people (including my Dr, who has children) have told me it is a lifesaver if you BF. the side actually attaches to my bed so that I can wake up & feed the baby easier.
I also have the PnP with the bassinette, but it is not adjustable (height-wise) to be even with our bed.

Re: Is anyone going to use a Co-sleeper
My sister had the double one, it was sort of cumbersome and a pain to put together, DH had to do it once because it was at my house for a while. I think a bassinet is just as good and less cumbersome, JMO.

We used the bassinet the first time and it didnt work for us so we are looking at other alternatives. Our daughter hated the bassinet so much she slept in in all but 3 times as a newborn, but as soon as we laid her in our bed her lil butt would go to sleep So this time if I can find a cosleeper that is the same height as our bed I am hoping it would be easier. Its all trail and error lol

Re: Is anyone going to use a Co-sleeper
Really? I did see a bassinet (maybe Simplicity made it?) that has an adjustable height for your bed and a drop side, maybe that's an alternative? If not, go with the cosleeper, I used it as a changing station for my nephews when I used to watch them so it's multifunctional.

Ohhhh that sounds like an alternantive too. I am so curious to see if this baby would be any different. Newborns are little but have big opinions lol

Re: Is anyone going to use a Co-sleeper
I used a co-sleeper and I loved it. It was the same height as my bed, it was small and cosy (like my womb) and it was just great. Will use it again with the next baby!

Re: Is anyone going to use a Co-sleeper
I used this one and loved it!!!! It was smaller so it fit next to my bed better. Plus it attaches to the bed and is so easy to reach over and BF or just check on the baby.
They also have lifts for them if it is too low.

Same here.... my sister used it and LOVED it...... we registered for the pack n play as well with the basinette, which I plan on putting downstairs for the daytime....

Re: Is anyone going to use a Co-sleeper
We got one with Nate and now using it for Jayden. We have in it our bedroom upstairs. It is such a great thing to have for night feedings. We do have a pnp, but we leave that one in the living room downstairs.
