People irritate me

I went to the vitamin store today. I was getting stuff for protein shakes. Im not that knowledgable about the shakes. I also wanted protein bars. The girl starts helping me. She first tells me not to use berries in my shakes, they are high in sugar. I explain that i need to eat more fruit. She tells me to take a pill instead Then she starts explaining the protein bars. She tells me that i will get most of my fiber in this one bar. I tell her I eat shredded wheat every morning. SHe tells me there is no fiber in it. I look at her like she has 3 heads. She proceeds to tell me it is all carbs. Im sorry, she should know these things or just keep quiet. She acted like she was the vitamin princess. I knew i was right. I went home and looked at my box. I hate when people make me second guess myself. I feel like calling up and telling her. Just venting.

Does she have a degree in Nutrition? If not, who cares what she says?

She would have lost all credibility with me the second she told me to take a pill instead of eating more fruit. Maybe when you call her, you should ask her if she makes a commission on those bars.

I dont know exactly where you went, but GNC salespeople do receive commission.

I went to Vitamin World. It was the way she came across. Like i didn't know what i was talking about. I definately won't be going back there.
