they dont have coupon codes, you can only use the 20% in the store.

If you buy something online and then take the invoice to the store with a coupon, they'll adjust the price for you. A bit of a hassle, but may be worth it for something they only have online.

I was in BBB the other day and I heard the cashier telling someone that if there is something that is only online you can go to the store and order it online through them and they can apply the coupon for you.

This is true - you can not use a coupon online yourself. You can go to the store and have them order it and use your coupon. Or come in after you recieved the item for an adjustment.
