I think part of it has to do with how you present your POV.
You do tend to start things with a pre-post of "Oh, should I say what I'm thinking?" or something to that effect.
So you already set yourself up to be the minority or opposing voice.

Im talking strictly about opinions you have expressed and how they have been expressed.
Like Lauren just said, Saying something like " Oh no one is gonna wanna hear what I have to say" usually makes us think you feel differently...and so when we argee with you, its shocking

Of course, but it answers his question of why people are surprised when they agree.
When you go out of your way to point out how different your opinion is, you shouldn't be surprised when people are surprised that they agree with you.
