I need you all to feel bad for me!!!
I've mentioned before how my mom is NUTSO when it comes to the shower....well - she has been obsessed with giving the guests another cute thing (besides the makeup bag AND the Lenox tray) -
So this morning in Paula Deen's magazine she sees baby bottles filled with jelly beans (layered by color) with a really cute ribbon attached....ok - easy enough you think ---- So, I go to babies R us and buy them out of bottles - fine - the problem is I can't find enough jelly beans seperated by color (we need to fill 100 bottles)
SOOOOOOOO
I bought 12 bags of 5 lbs of COLORED jelly beans AND I am seperating them BY COLOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I want to jump in front of a bus right now. I have three bags done right now and I have not even made a dent.
I want to cry! 
Do you all feel sorry for me!

I know - the problem is the shower is on Sunday so we wouldn't have had enough time to do everything.

If you live by Roosevelt Field Mall, there is a candy store upstairs that has jelly beans by color. There is a whole section and you just fill a bag with the color you want. I was just there this Saturday. It may be expensive, but I think I would pay not to have to separate jelly beans like you are doing.

File this one away - this way when Jack gives you a hard time cleaning up his room you tell him how much better it is than separating jelly beans. This totally beats our parents with their walking a mile to school stories!

exactly!!! And, I think I'll hold this over my moms head for the next few years also.
THIS is why shower's should be a surprise!
