has anyones dog had worms?????
i am FREAKING out. i found mia chewing on THIS.....
before i call the vet does anyone have any idea what it might be???
it wasnt in her poop, it was between her paws as she was chewing on it
any ideas???

Aww, I'm so sorry!
I believe they are easy to treat but call the Vet ASAP.
I think I would have DIED if I found Char chewing on that!!!

I'm thinking that's an earthworm. She probobly got it outside with all the rain. I'm not a vet, but that's what it looks like to me. I think there are other symptoms of dogs having worms in their stools.

my pup Oliver just had the "worm". It was roundworm. Thankfully he has been treated and is doing much better.

thank you everyone. we are going to the vet in less than a half hour.
i appreciate it. she WAS outside, but i dont want to take any chances. plus she needs a check up

It kind of looks like a shriveled up earthworm, maybe he brought it in from outside and then it died and got dried up.

thank you everyone.
she is ok. got the dewormer and has to do all of her shots over again.
i thin kthe previous owner was not feeding her enough. she has doubled in size and weighs a whopping 3 lbs!
