ARRRGGHHHH!!!!
Just had to let that out - was on hold with iPOD tech support for 8 minutes - got the woman on the phone and the friggin call disconnected!!!!!!

that happened to me last week with the doctors office
I gave her my new insurance and got disconnected
you would think she could have called me back- but no- I had to start over and get back in line to make an appointment- I was so mad
it shouldn't take 30 minutes to make an appointment- they don't even see you for longer then 10 minutes!

What's wrong with the iPod? I usually look it up on iPod messageboards rather than call.
BTW, your Post made me immediately think of a pirate. You should talk like a pirate & see where that gets you.

OMG - Barb - you're killing me! I always make the pirate noise!! 
The iPOD is going to iPOD heaven I tried to do all the troubleshooting stuff online and couldn't find the problem. So, now I've been on the phone with a new person for the past 43 minutes and it looks like I am getting a new Ipod!
BTW - what the woman told me was they have call centers everywhere - so you call the same toll free number and I was fortunate enough to get someone who is English-speaking in Canada, but the person before WAS in India!!!
Shell - going to look at the pics!
