Re: Hangover remedies
2 Aleve and a whole glass of water before bed.
In the morning, lots of water and getting out of bed into the fresh air. Eggs also help. I found that staying in bed and giving in to it makes me feel worse.
Feel better

Re: Hangover remedies
I highly recommend Gatorade. I drink that and eat some bananas. Lots of water and tylenol.

I agree with LOTS of water/gatorade before bed. If I do wake with a bad hangover, that sucker will stay with me all day

Re: Hangover remedies
Water before getting to sleep. If you can eat something to absorb the alcohol (toast, crackers) that helps. And when you wake up more water. And something to eat, if you can, eat a modest amount including carbs.

Re: Hangover remedies
I tried a pickle the last time. I heard this from someone and trust me it was the last thing I wanted when I had a hangover but I forced myself. The hangover was gone in 20 minutes.
