Shower Question
How many of you had a suprise shower?? Is it supposed to be a surprise? I am pretty sure I will know when mine is, but I was just curious as to what the "norm" is?

Mine were not a surprise.
It's so hard at this stage to plan things since there's so much going on that I asked both families to schedule the date with me so I knew and could plan in advance.

I don't think a lot of baby showers are surprises.....although, I know where and when mine is, but nothing else about it.
I think bridal showers tend to be surprises more often.

it sort is and sort of isn't, i dont know where it will be but i pretty much have an idea of the date b/c i know the weekends my family wouldnt be able to attend, but i will still act surprised for the guests who dont know i know this much LOL

I was surprised.
Of course, I had narrowed it down to two dates, so I sort of figured it out....but it was still nice to have the surprise element of not knowing.

Mine was supposed to be a surprise b.c my bm told me when my bridal shower was but this time my MIL caused her usual drama and ruined the surprise as well as causing a bunch of other problems.

Mine was a surprise until the morning of the shower...I wanted to know so I could be dressed and ready, but I didn't want to know all of the details for weeks...
