I was gonna say-- Hilary Duff is 19 and Sheryl Crow is like 40-- how the hell can you compare??? 
ETA-- all of them can be there except HD, LC and CU.

HD has had a lot of high profile boyfriends snatched away from her though, so I can see her fitting in there.
Lauren Conrad though? Doesn't belong on that list. She's not a celebrity like the other women listed.
