When I was Preggers I was craving Mexican food so DH took me to some place where they served their dishes w/ Mole( Moh-Ley) that's like a sauce of some sort. Well, I didn't know what it was and they asked if I wanted red mole or black mole so I said Red...why not. Well that sauce has like 5 different kinds of peppers in it. I took one taste and my mouth was on FIRE!!!!! I love jalapeños but this was just crazy hot.  I will never eat that again!

Mole is a chocolate sauce..
the RED Mole is Fire...it shouldn't even be given to people as food...it should be given as punishment!

OMG they friggin HURT! I had one and I had to drink a friggin container of milk (and I hate milk) and eat about 1/2 a loaf of bread. It made my eyes water & my ears ring

Food network warned me about those peppers.
I love the secret life of...and good eats as well as Iron Chef America. It gives such great tips about foods and the smaller the pepper the hotter it will be

I cook with them quite often- i only need 1/4 of a habanero to get a major level of heat- both DH and I love love love spicy food- and 1/4 habanero KILLS us.
