What prenatal vitamin do you take?
Mine is Prima Care One. Aside from being good prenatal vitamins, they reduced my cholesterol like you would not believe!

Sorry -- don't mean to hijack!
Prima Care prenatals are by prescription. They have a full 1mg of folic acid and have tons of fatty acids that are needed for the development of fetal tissue.

I absolutely forget the name of what I take, but they are prescription chewables, YAY, I hate swallowing horse pills.
