Does anyone else feel like..
ALL of your money goes to your house?? We just got our tax return, and already we are spending the whole thing on fencing our yard.
Does it ever end??

Nope. Even after 28 years, there is always something to be done. Sometimes, you are re-doing what you did earlier. It's like pushing molasses up a sandy hill.

I agree. By the time *everything* is fixed and updated, it's time to start over, because it's been 10-15 years from when you started, and that's when some of the first things start to go again....
