SHE'S OURS!!!! and other updates
with all the goings on around here, this is the first moment i've had to sit for more than 2 seconds!
we closed this morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
when i called my mom to tell her that i was a home-owner, i cried. it's the first time i've cried from happiness in quite some time. it felt real good.
update on closing $$: a day or two ago i posted that dh had been told that we had to bring another $2500 to the closing... well, the lender made some miscalculations. they wrote some items in there twice!!
we had brought a certified check, so they issued us checks for the different monies that we didn't owe. WE WENT HOME WITH $2100!!!!!!!!
since we had budgeted the $ to be spent, i now have money to take care of the things i thought i would have to wait until next month for!!!!!!
i'll be back later to post all of the BEFORE pictures that i took this morning.
thank you all for putting up with me while i was a mess trying to figure this whole thing out

thank you all for your wonderful well-wishes.
we were able to move EVERYTHING in a day and a half!!! i'm beat.
i'll post pics as soon as i feel my feet, again
