Jenny from the Block almost shut down several blocks Tuesday night as J.Lo-mania seized Times Square.

La Lopez herself arrived three hours late to the launch of her first Spanish-language album, "Como Ama Una Mujer" ("How a Woman Loves"), where more than 700 fans crowded into Spotlight Live on Broadway.

"Tonight is such a special night for me," Lopez told the crowd. "I'm gonna sing a couple of songs, and then we can get to really f-ing partying!"

Wearing a see-through net top (she's still not pregnant!), Lopez gave a performance that included a duet with hubby Marc Anthony.

"That's my baby, for better or for worse," she joked, as Anthony danced like a madman on the sidelines, played along with air guitar and lip-synced to every song.

Club owner Jennifer Worthington walked the red carpet with her beau, venture capitalist Chris Burch - whose ex-wife, designer Tory Burch, famously took up with Lance Armstrong.
