New couch delivered - here less then 5 minutes and noticed it is damaged
I am so mad. Dh is on the phone now with the store and they are making arrangements to have a tech come and view the damage.
In the middle of the couch it looks like the end of the leather roll or something because it is unstiched numbering. It' little divits and cut out of numbers.
It just aggrivates me that we spend so much money on a leather couch, not even in the house 5 minutes and it arrived damaged.

Thanks. A tech has to come out and review the damage to figure out if they can repair it or have to get us a whole new piece.
But the furniture people said by the way it sounds we'll most likely have to get a whole new piece.
What a big PITA

That really stinks!! Make sure you get it fixed to your liking, or a new one!! As you said, you paid good $ for it to be perfect!!!
DH & I were talking about this the other day. It's so frustrating. Since buying a lot of furniture when we moved into our house, and now with nursery furniture, we unfortunately EXPECT there to be at least one damaged piece out of a set. It's just what happens lately, nothing ever comes as acceptable. It's sooooo frustrating!! So then you have to schedule another delivery time, another tip, and go through the waiting process for a new thing. So frustrating!!!
