Refi

I'm doing a refi and can get in at a 6% but I didn't lock today I'm thinking it may drop some tomorrow.
If it doesn't.. ya think I should lock in... I hate this game.

I could get a 5.725 but it's with points and in the long run 2,500 for the point (or something like that) and a savings of 40 bucks were not gonna be living here that long that is worth it even if it would ever be worth it.


Any tips or insight?

We figure the rate isn't bad since we almost did it prior to the baby in April 2004 and the rate was the same so we figure this is our last chance.

Anyone lock in recently?

I locked in at 5.375 two weeks ago... but that was for a new purchase.
