I thought I passed because I went, and then more than 10 days went by and no call. When I went for my next appointment she told me that I had to take the 3 hour

They called me. I think it was like 2 or 3 days after the test.

With my 1st pregnancy- no news is good news was the motto. Well I never got the call, never expected to fail so didn't even think about it. But in my case - no news meant lab never sent my results to the doctor and I did fail and eventually did have GD. So now I call and follow up. I just took my test early this time and called about 5 days later to follow up (luckily so far so good and I passed with flying colors!).

I got a call right away - took test Sat. Dr. called Monday. I didn't have to do the 3 hour test, though. I had to modify my diet (very low carbs) for 2 weeks & then have blood sugar tested at the lab 2 hours after a meal. My numbers dropped significantly!
