How many of you were-

told the sex at the ultrascreen? I know it's a crap-shoot but I find myself getting very anxious now! This from someone who didn't want to know!

I asked but they didnt even try to look, the doctor said it was still too small.

I was told then - but honestly I wish I wasn't at that point because I really thought it was way to early to tell - and I didn't want to really think it was a boy until I knew for sure. If you find out I suggest waiting for the Level 2. In my case they were right - but honestly it really is wayyyy to early to tell and most techs won't even go there.

The tech asked if we wanted to know but then didn't say anything. She never came out and said that she knew but it seemed like it. I don't know. I think it is possible.

At ours - the dr. (not mine - had it done at a hospital) asked if we wanted to know and I said - Why? Do you know something? - and, he just smirked and cautioned us that it was still very early to tell and that at that point the girls and boys look very much alike but then - he showed us and gave us a pretty interesting picture that revealed his guess

But, we took it with a grain of salt and will wait until the 20 week (next month) before really believing it! Although we do have a pretty funny picture to show the little guy if it does turn out to be a boy

Our tech asked if we were going to found out. I told her absolutely- although we didn't have a preference.

She told us it was WAY to early but she "thought" she saw a peesh

DH said to her you just saved me 100 grand if you are right- boys are way cheaper then girls. I was going to kill him

I was told it was "way too early" to even guess. I was told the same thing when I had a sono done at 14 weeks too. I was told at that appointment, that at this point, girls and boys look pretty identical.

I am 15 weeks.... 4 more weeks till my level 2!

My doctor said it was possible to find out, but the tech I had just ignored us when we asked.

We found out at 18 weeks.

I just had mine and didn't ask She was having a hard enough time getting the neck measurement since the baby flipped over. I'll hopefully find out at my Level II and I'll be 18 weeks.

Okay, so there might be hope then. I'm wondering if there is another visit inbetween this and the Level II? I guess the 16 week visit but there is no sono then right?
