Is it possible
to find a picture of something on the internet and change it like this but change the name and all that other info
like using word or something????

You would need photoshop. It may be difficult to duplicate the font exactly. But creating something like this on your own isn't too difficult for someone that knows how to use the program.
But I have seen people order these chocalate bars with these types of wrappers for christenings before. Are you trying to buy the candy? Maybe a company will do it for you.
