How Much Will I Grow?

I'm 25 weeks now. When I'm 28 weeks, we're going to a wedding in Georgia. I just bought a dress, a clingy wrap-style dress for the wedding. Do you think I'll grow tremendously in those few weeks? I was holding the dress out to see how much belly room it could handle, and it seemed to be able to handle more belly. I'll keep the tags on in case it doesn't fit by then, but then I'll have to find another dress

Also, this is an evening, outdoor, semi-informal wedding. I bought the dress I mentioned above, and a matching cardigan. The dress hits just below the knee, and I kid you not, my legs look like Caspar!! I'm so pale, it's sick!! Would it be weird to wear stockings (and even Spanx-type full stockings) to this kind of wedding? I need a little color, I'm blinding people with my legs, seriously!!!

I have to say, when I was almost 28 weeks, in about 2 hours (no kidding) I noticed that I got so much bigger. It was crazy. I still fit in my clothes, but you could notice the change.

You will get bigger, but the dress should accomodate. I gained about 3-4 pounds from week 25 to 28, but it's starting to spread to places other than my belly now...so I have faith in your dress. as for the ghost legs...the way i see it, i actually CAN'T see them, so I don't care anymore how pale they are.

I had a big growth spurt from 25 to 28 weeks.

I think if the dress is giving a little you should be fine.

How has your growth been??? I think it's still normal to do about 1 lb per week.

as for your legs...if you feel comfortable in stockings then go for it but it's getting REALLY warm down here.

What about those tanning moisturizers? Ask your dr if they are safe to use

Thanks for the advice ladies. It is a maternity dress, so I'm hoping it will accomodate me in the next few weeks. I have been gaining about a pound a week, so I think I'll be okay (I'm hoping! ). And I think I'm going to have to wear stockings, my legs are AWFUL! And you know how you feel thinner when you're tan, it's even worse now!! I want to get Spanx pantyhose, I hear they make maternity ones. I could definitely use the smoothing out under the dress too.

I grew very slowly, so I was really able to wear the same things for most of my pregnancy....
