I think the house that we always stalk is going up for sale!!!!!!!!!
It is a disaster and needs a ton of work but we can totally see the potential. And it is on a great block and the exact style we want.
They never do anything and now they have a dumpster out front and are cleaning it all up. It is an estate house.
I am so excited

Would it be worth it to ask them directly if they want to sell it as a FSBO?
Maybe it would be cheaper since no agent would be involved.
