another progesterone ?
Why are some people doing sppositories as oppose to what I have to do is Im injections? I am jealous. These injections hurt. Now i know why my pt cry so much. Not to mention they are mostly 2 and under!

Are you doing progesterone injections throuhout the whole 2WW?
I had to do the injections for five days and then switch to suppositories after the transfer.

yes they said throughout the 2ww and 8-10 weeks once BFP! Is my Avatar what you were talking about Gerty?

Aaaackkkk!!! I guess each RE is different. Do you know if you have any progesterone issues? I'm not really sure about the injections then.
What do you mean is your avatar what I am talking about. I think you are referring to something I said awhile back, but I can't remember what it was.
And what time are you leaving for your transfer...I will be thinking of you.

I just couldn't remember what I had said...
No...the little emote-icon's that you can add to a post...I wish they had an egg one so I could add a bunch of them for those going to retrieval, instead of always doing the babydust thing.
Good luck this morning...I'll be thinking of you and enjoy the 2WW from hell...I think I'm going to go bonkers!!!!!!!
But now I have to take my doggie to the park cuz she is climbing all over me!!

I've always done only suppositories in the 2ww and never did injections, but I haven't done IVF yet, either.

I had to do BOTH...shove suppositories up my you know what and get shot in the butt with that LONG needle

the needles hurt, but you get used to ti. I think I actually would prefer that over the yucky suppositories

I have never done the needles, but I agree with you the suppositioires are yucky.

I asked at NSUH about suppositories and Dr. Chu told me that they prefer injections as they have a good success rate with the protocol they are using and don't want to change it???!!!
To be honest they aren't that bad - I'm not a huge fan of suppositories - they're icky.
