Need a lawyer
We're hoping to go to contract soon and need a lawyer. Can you recomend your lawyer if you were happy with them.

I loved working with our lawyer - he made sure to find all the extra clauses and saved us some money along the way during contract negotiations.
Plus, he's also working on the estate sale for my DH's grandmother who passed away in July and settled the estate for DH's other grandparent's a few years ago. So he well versed in house sales and lingo.

I am a real estate attorney but our firm doesn't do residential closing I do have a friend that I highly recommend who is in Amityville. His name is Chris Graziano and his number is 631-264-0600. He is currently handling both of my cousin's closings and did mine for me when we closed.
