Bed Rest after ET
How many of you actually did bed rest after ET and for how many days. If I have a 5 day transfer it will be on Monday so I was thinking of taking Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday off. Is this necessary?

Re: Bed Rest after ET
I was on forced bedrest due to the OHSS after my first transfer, but this time I just took it easy yesterday and went back to work today. My RE doesn't beleive in bedrest though, his theory is that they aren't going to "fall out" so there is no reason for bedrest.
I know there are some poople who have done up to a month of bedrest after transfer

Re: Bed Rest after ET
i just took it easy, right after the transfer. my doctor doesn't believe it necessarily helps more than not doing bedrest. this is one of those issues where many doctors have different opinions about.
good luck!!!

Re: Bed Rest after ET
I rested for the day of and the day after.
More out of my own superstition than anything else.
