We've Started the Hunt!!
On Saturday my DH and I started the house hunt. We looked at 4 houses in Oceanside to get a better idea of what houses in our budgets actually looked like... and I was pleasantly surprised!!! I was scared that houses in our price range were going to be horrible, but they totally werent.
It's only a matter of time before we're back on LI and no longer slaves to constantly moving our car for alternate side of the street parking!

We live in oceanside (rent for now) and i've lived there all my life so if you need any info let me know.

Oceanside is a great town. My dad lived in the Alhambra condos for two years and my sister has lived in oceanside for 9 years now....she loves it there...The schools are good too

That's great! We've been to most of the open houses in oceanside and have seen a bunch of them (condo's too). We decided to put off buying for another year, but I hope we can buy in oceanside.
