DH gave $200 I think, which IMO was nuts considering they were here for less than 4 hours. but he had to go to work and wanted to make sure they took care of me and did what i asked.

I think we gave $25 per person (3 guys). We from a 1 bedroom apartment to a townhouse, and we didn't have many big heavy items.

We just moved on Thurs and gave all 3 guys $100 each - believe me when I tell you they deserved it. We moved from a 2BR to a 3BR and we have a TON of stuff. A sectional couch that is enormous. THey put the couch together as well as reassembled the wall unit. It took 6 hours. So I would say to figure it out based on the job that they do at the end of the day.
