Anyone buy furniture from Penn furniture?

I love a dining room set that is on sale their right now. Good quality? Easy to deal with? Furniture come on time? Thanks!

FH and I bought our bedroom set there. the quality is EXCELLENT - everyone who has seen it raves about it My friends bought a ton of furniture there, everything has held up really well.

We were deciding between two sets - they were very easy to haggle with - we got them to come down a few hundred dollars - and the salesperson warned us that the set we were interested in was on backorder - we ended up getting it a few weeks before we were told.

I would definitely purchase from there again!

So glad to hear that. They will come down from their price if you haggle wiht them? Oh, I am so excited to get my new dining room set!!!

we bought our living room set and bedroom set from them a year and a half ago and i would NEVER recommend them. one of the end tables legs was messed up, as well as a broken shelf in our bedroom armoire, a scratched nightstand and a broken piece on the dresser. it took NUMEROUS phone calls over a 3 MONTH period to get them to come replace the table leg and shelf on the armoire. everyone i spoke with passed it off to the next person, no one took responsibility and it was a true nightmare dealing with them. that bedroom set was 6grand and a year and a half later, not everything is fixed. i gave up dealing with them. not to mention our sofa back is falling apart. there is a piece of the frame that came apart inside and you can see it jetting out in the back of the sofa, so now we are going to have to pay out of our own pocket to have it fixed. they have some beautiful furniture but after our experience, i would never use them again or recommend them.

We had a great experience with them. We saw in a flyer that is you pay yourself (without using their financing) then you get extra $ off... they gave us that off after the fact but we had to bring it to their attention. Just FYI
You will hear good stories and bad stories about every furniture store. I heard some bad things but none of them were true for us.
