Meadowbrook Pointe/Beechwood Homes?
Have any of you seen this? I passed by it yesterday (its across the street from The Source mall). I saw the sign and the developments-I just called and the prices of the townhouses/condos are high 500's to high 800's!!!!!!!!

I know!! I was expecting maybe 300's...not 500s!!! I guess its bc its right across the street from a lot of things!! Too bad tho.....cuz on the website (www.beechwoodhomes.com) it looks really nice!

There are Beechwood Homes by my house (out east). I walked through some of their models. They are very well constructed, though pricey $$$

looks like they have some fancy townhomes but certainly $$$! I've seen this development here in Manorville and I think Miller Place. nice, big homes!
