I take Mylanta liquid for gas pains.
I have to eat my fiber or i am worse off with gas.

gas pain woke me up at 3:30 a.m. & stomach rumbles  AND i cannot stand this bloated feeling!!! i drink a TON of water and have stayed away from salt all week and still i feel like i'm retaining water

peppermint tea. had to have it everyday after my c section. never had so much gas in my life.
