how are flannel sheets? I know they are probably very warm and cozy, but how do they wash? I am afraid they will pill and look very worn. I also worry about fuzzies and hair sticking to them.

We don't use them, DH gets too hot, but I picked them up to give to ILs for Hanukkah. They live most of the year in FL but have an apt in Coram and starting in about Oct complain about how cold they are.
