closing take 2...
You guys may remember that I was supposed to close on a long beach apt. 2 weeks ago...
Well - 3 hours, yes 3HOURS before the closing - the bank called it off!!!
I was horrified....
It was the day of the hurricane...they called off the closing because the building had 3 mill of flood insurance - well the bank decided 3 HOURS (did I say that already??) before the closing that they wanted the building to have 6 mill of flood insurance or they wouldn't release the funds.
Everyone involved was floored!!!
Luckily I was able to get approved for a new mortgage within a week and we are going to try again on tuesday - wish us luck!!!!!
