Did You Have a 28 Week Sono?

So I get a call on my machine confirming my appt at
the doctors office on monday at 930am. I call them and
said i didn't make an appt. she said yes you did, last
night for a sonogram. I said no Ii didn't. i made an
appt. in three weeks for a regular visit. she said well it's your
20 week sonogram. I said I'm 27 weeks and i had a
sonogram already. She said all snotty, "I'm not going to banter
back and forth with you, do you want to keep the appt
or not?" I said um well maybe you should check with my
midwife because there was no talk of a sonogram at my appointment. So
she transfers me to my midwive's voicemail. She was sooo stinking rude!

The midwife didn't mention a sonogram last night and I can't imagine she would just take it upon herself to schedule me an appointment without telling me. I really think the receptionist screwed up. I'm waiting for her to call back, but is it normal to have a 28 week sono?

I think she mixed you up with someone else.

I hate when people are rude though.

I am 27 weeks and I don't think I am having anymore sonos.

I dont think so since my next appt is Tues and I was told, no sono until 30wks.

my last sono was 21 weeks, then I paid to have a 3d one at 27 weeks

I am not getting another one unless the dr. thinks there is a problem with the baby's size

Thanks for the replies! The midwife called back and said that it was a mistake with the scheduling because she didn't order a sono and sees no need for me to have another one.

My dr's office JUST started doing them at 28 weeks, after I already passed that mark, but I think you would know if you had one scheduled. I would keep the appt and go, just so you can see your baby again!
