snoaring (Update)
what do u girls do to help it? DH and I are always arguing about it, i do now bc i guess the hormones from what i read, and he thinks that i can help it and i do not even know that i do it.... it is driving me crazy, all i hear when i get home from work, is "Becuase of ur snoaring i got no sleep again last night" well hello i can't sleep either bc i am uncomfy, and i tried to go and sleep on the couch, but i can't get comfy there either, please tell me there is something i can do, i can't live like this anymore...
Update*
I went to CVS and asked the pharm. what i should get, she told me to get this product called AYRE, it is a gel that you stick on a qtip and stick up your nose! boy did it work, i slept threw the night without waking me or him up.. so if ur nose is dry def, pick this up!!!

Re: snoaring
I have no advice bc DH comments on it also. He says he has to fall asleep before I do, so he can really sleep. Ive been thinking of trying those nose strips.

Re: snoaring
tell your DH he's an idiot. After ALL you have and will deal with, hes complaining about a little SLEEP?
I would make him sleep in the bathroom if my Husband complained.
And he does, he tells me I snore to which I said, well suckks for you....When you get to carry a watermelon in yoru stomach you can complain .
Try a humidifier.

Re: snoaring
I snoar too! I usually wake myself up from snoaring. LOL
I am 8 months pregnant and on average I wake up about 3 times a night, some nights more. Either I go to bathroom or from snoaring. I feel bad but my DH understands. Actually he tells me not to worry about it, he feels bad for me. Honestly if he didn't I would tell him he can always sleep on the couch.
I know this sounds mean but If I were you I would tell your DH to stop being so insensitive and to sleep ont the couch!

Re: snoaring
Tell him your snoring is practice for when they baby wakes u up every 2 hours to eat. He's in trouble if he can't deal with snoring, sleep deprivation is much worse!
If my dh even thought of complaining about anything while i was pg, he can go sleep on the couch to catch up on his zzzz'ss.
Try the humidifier too, sometimes sleeping a little bit propped up can help too.
What's most important is that you get sleep When he pushes a watermelon out the size of lemon, he can have a say in ANYTHING!

Re: snoaring
I have the same issue- DH tries to sleep before I do and if he wakes up he usually goes into another bedroom to sleep. He says he feels like he's sleeping with a motorcycle or airplane
Glad I'm not alone

Re: snoaring
Well, apparently, I rock the house every night. DH is so sweet. He told me that he was OK with it. It does not bother him.

Re: snoaring
Ummmm...why did HE go try to sleep on the couch instead of you???
DH snores, always has.
I find that the humidifier/white noise machine/nose strip combination works well. Mostly.

Re: snoaring
I have the opposite problem. I don't snore, he does and I can't get any sleep at all. I would just go sleep in another room or ask him to. This topic came up on another board I go on and I was surprised how many couples sleep in separate bedrooms every night due to snoring issues.

Re: snoaring
My DH snores, moreso when it's dry in the house. Getting a humidifier helps, as well as breath rights. I also use earplugs. Despite all of this, there are still nights where it wakes me up...and in that case, one of us goes and sleeps in the guest room.

Wow i have to ask DH if i snoar.
I know he does and it is loud. He also snoars when he is really tired or has been drinking. I wake him up so i can go to sleep. But after that i'm fine. I'm mean .
