Lower Back Pain
I woke up today and my back is hurting more than usual. A few weeks ago it was really bad and then I got a new pillow which seemed to help. I did notice that I was sleeping on my stomach last night...could this have caused it?? It hurts to bend over--I feel 90!! Sorry for complaining...just seeing if anyone else ever gets this.

How far along are you? I find the bigger I get, the more my back hurts from supporting the extra weight sticking out.

I haven't had any back pain at all - and I think it is because I go to the chirporactor 2x/week.
It definitely helps!

I'm 11 weeks and I get that off and on too...It depends how I am sleeping and if I've pushed myself too much the day before....It comes and goes for me...

Last night it was horrible...I felt like a 90year old woman and finally got up to lay on the floor!! I called the Dr today...I will let you know how it all plays out.
