WOW...
this is the first year...we have owned our house for 4 years...that we are getting money back from our escrow acct!! Its only $110 but still...its better than paying to make up the deficit!!

did you get it back in a check? I noticed on my year end statement from my mortgage bank, it noted a refund, but I never recieved one. Or is that why my payment hasn't increased when the school budget went up - since we had the credit?
not sure which scenario I like better.

there was a note on our statement that a refund check would come under a seperate cover. You might want to call your mortgage company and check
