Tired of Water.

I'm so tired of drinking water but don't know what else to drink that will keep me hydrated enough. What do you all drink throughout the day.

Re: Tired of Water.

I mainly drink straight up water, but lately have been buying the Crystal Lite mixes (lemonade, iced tea & fruit punch) that mix w/ water....

Re: Tired of Water.

I thought you couldn't drink Chrystal Lite because of the artificial sweetner.

Re: Tired of Water.

ugh i am so sick of it too!! especially in the morning i like to have something sweet while at work but i don't want to drink all my calories. i start with OJ but when i get to work i drink one the large bottles of water with a country time lemondae mix packet that they make for water. i am still looking for an iced tea packet that has no artificial swettener in it. then i drink water all day and at night i have a glass of juice with dinner and of course...water!

I put a small amount of juice into my water - just enough to give it a light flavor - you don't need much but it makes a big difference.

Re: Tired of Water.

Schweppes Black Cherry Seltzer is really good!! I am only able to find it in 20 oz bottles. It's really good! No artifical sweetners and its has good flavor!

I am also tired of water and asked my doctor what I else I could drink. She did say 100% fruit juices but they have a lot of sugar and that water was the best way to go. She doesn't agree with taking any artifical sweenters while PG so I am still trying to find a flavored water without splenda in it. The first time around I drank everthing except the alot of water and I noticed that I am not gaining as much as I did the 2nd time around also. You could always put some lemon or orange slices.

Ugh... me too!
I am not a water drinker to begin with. I bought lemons from costco and I cut them up and put them in the water. That helps alot.

I drink OJ in the morning and a ton of water and seltzer throughout the day. The flavored seltzers are good, though most of the time I buy regular seltzer and add lemons and limes.

at night I drink decaff tea.

Re: Tired of Water.

I am always a huge water drinker - I think I drink at least a gallon a day... but I like those Tazo ice teas they sell at starbucks and Whole Foods - yes, they have sugar, but I have one 2 times a week maybe - my favorite flavor is Brambleberry - very different!

Re: Tired of Water.

There is nothing else I really can or want to drink besides water...I get so dehydrated if Im not constantly drinking it...iced tea and soda give heartburns and ginger ale makes more thirsty...
