How much folic acid is in your prenatal? That's usually enough. Minimum is 400.

I have to take extra due to a blood disorder that I have. You need to speak to your doctor to find the appropriate dosage

i take extra due to medication i am on that deplets the floic acid... it would be good to ask your doc...

Me too! I took extra folic acid and also a baby aspirin.
