MYTHS
Well this week I blew some myths OUT of the water
1- The Chinese Calendar thingy was 100% wrong
2-That excessive M/S means your having a girl ( I heard this 100 times)...Wrong
3-That a high heartbeat ( the baby's) means girl....Wrong
4- That a girl steals the moms beauty which is why I broke out and got bad skin, eye bags etc....Wrong
And Finally..that a Mother "just knows" what she is having...I was 100% CONVINCED I was having a girl 
My point....Dont believe the myths and old wivestales

Don't believe the "heartburn=lots of hair" myth either. I had severe acid reflux with my daughter, and while she had SOME hair, it was not a lot.

With my first, I was convinced I was having a boy...I couldn't have been more wrong.
With this baby, I have a 50/50 chance with the old wives tales! It's actually fun to tease DH with the lists of them and how I'm right down the middle. I ask him how he would choose to raise our child if it had "both." He doesn't appreciate the humor.

EXACTLY the same here.
Except the morning sickness, which I never had.

OMG! SO ME!
But my skin hasn't broken out and I barely look pregnant from behind, so my SMIL said she always knew it was a boy b/c that is how she carried her son vs. her girls.

Chinese Cal. was right for me (Said Girl)
Still have MS sometimes.. (Having a Girl)
I broke out alittle ( Semi- Right)
Im the only one That had all the Wives tales Seem true.. I think it was just pure coincidence...

belly all in front: wrong
mommy's intuition: wrong (I would have bet the house it was a boy)
steals mommy's beauty: correct- my skin is HORRENDOUS
high heart rate: 168, 163, 167=correct
no morning sickness: wrong
being <ahem> horny: wrong
the wedding ring on a string trick: wrong
the psychic I had on my flight 2 months ago: wrong

I'm having a  . #'s 1 & 3 were wrong for me. But I had no m/s and my skin has been very clear. My instincts were also wrong. I thought girl also.
